Chicago Blues Reunion is a collaboration of Chicago music legends who defined the sound of their generation in the 60s. In that time, they helped create the historic transition in popular music from acoustic folk to electric blues-influenced rock. The 90 minute DVD features interviews with the CBR band mates plus on-screen recollections and commentary from BB King, Buddy Guy and rising star Kyle Riabko with others telling the North Side Chicago blues story of the 60s from various perspectives.

The BONUS CD is an outstanding live recording of the Chicago Blues Reunion band in concert. The band is a real “Who’s Who” of blues lovers’ household names: Barry Goldberg, Nick “The Greek” Gravenites, Harvey “The Snake” Mandel, Tracy Nelson, Sam Lay, Corky Seigel with backing by band of top flight pros including Gary Malaber, Rick Reed and Zach Wagner.
