Store Policies

Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway Store offers the following Returns Policy: If you would like to exchange or return an item, just re-pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and follow these simple steps:

1. Please send an e-mail to tbooher@wlerwy.com letting us know when and why you are returning the item. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, we will refund your purchase cost plus the initial shipping fee.
2. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway Store is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Mail to:
