All orders are processed and shipped, directly from our factory in
Dover, NH USA, within 24 to 48 hours (EST).
Allow an additional 24 hours for items that contain rechargeable batteries or require NIST calibration.

Warranty
All AEMC® Instruments products carry a warranty against defects of material and workmanship which develop under normal and proper use within 1 to 3 years (depending on product). This warranty is void if the unit has been tampered with, abused, or if the defect is related to service not performed by AEMC® Instruments. If a malfunction occurs within the warranty period, AEMC® Instruments will, at its option, repair or replace the faulty material free of charge, provided we have your Registration Card on file.

Repair and Calibration
To ensure that your instrument complies with the factory specifications, we recommend that the product be submitted to our factory service center at one-year intervals for recalibration, or as required by other standards.
Costs for repair, warranty repair, standard calibration, and calibration traceable to N.I.S.T. (includes calibration certificate and recorded calibration data) are available.
Note: For warranty repair, your registration card must be on file. If it is not, we will require a dated proof of purchase.
All customers must call our Service Center for a Customer Service Authorization Number (CSA#) before returning any instrument. This will ensure that when your instrument arrives, it will be tracked and processed promptly. Please write the CSA# on the outside of the shipping container.
