GENERAL INFORMATION
Sales and Technical Assistance are available by telephone 8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. Eastern Time Monday through Friday - (937) 912-0054. Contact Advice@BrocksPerformance.com  for e-mail support. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day to our fax at (937) 912-0062, or at our Web Store using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Your credit card transaction is secured by Skipjack Merchant Services. We do not collect or retain your credit card information.

BACK-ORDERS
Availability will be checked by computer immediately. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you the next business day via e-mail or telephone. If any item is on back-order please inform us if you wish any item(s) to be kept on back-order. Back-order items are held for 30 days. After 30 days, it will be necessary to re-order.

SHIPPING
Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same day on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend/Holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery

Brock’s Performance uses UPS as their preferred carrier and USPS (United States Postal Service) for all PO Box, APO and FPO orders.
For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (can be applied to orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday).  For Standard and Express Delivery rates, call our customer service department at 937-912-0054.

International Ordering Information

Brocks Performance uses UPS and USPS for International orders.
Place your order online, by phone, fax or email. Please recognize that shipping rates displayed are estimates and will be adjusted if the actual is more or less. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars and no other currencies will be accepted.

International Payment Terms:

Wire Transfer, PayPal or Certified US Check

Checks / Demand Drafts: Checks for international shipments will only be accepted if drawn on a United States Bank and payable in US dollars. Prepayments by check should be made by Certified Bank check. Orders paid by other types of checks will not be shipped for a minimum of 10 days upon receipt of check.

Shipping Guidelines:
 1. Shipping charges include insurance but do not include any fees for customs, taxes or duties; these are the customer’s responsibility.
2. If you wish to have your items shipped on your shipper account, there is a $20.00 International Handling Fee/Document preparation fee.

Example Shipping Charges:

1 Complete exhaust system to Europe

Priority US Mail = $105 (5-12 Days)

UPS International Expedited $179 (2-5 Days)

U.S. & CANADA TERMS
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, C.O.D. Money Order or Certified Check, unless previously arrangements have been made. If you send an order in via fax or mail, you will have to add shipping charges to the payment. You can use our store checkout process in order to obtain the shipping charges. Just go through the order prosess until you get to the invoice page. DO NOT click "Confirm" on the final checkout page.

RETURNS
All merchandise returned to Brock Davidson Enterprises, Inc. must have prior approval. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 937-912-0054 for return instructions and to receive an RMA number. Returns must be made Freight Prepaid. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a complete explanation of reason for return. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returned Merchandise. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date. All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and NOT USED.  

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Brock Davidson Enterprises, Inc. ships all Merchandise carefully packaged and in good condition. All Shipments are Insured. All Claims for Damages Merchandise must be made with the Carrier. All Packaging materials must be presented to the Carrier with a claim. Do Not Return damaged Merchandise to Brock Davidson Enterprises, Inc. without prior approval.

LIMITED WARRANTY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Brock Davidson Enterprises, Inc. does unconditionally warrant that its parts be free from defects in Materials and Workmanship prior to installation. However, Brock Davidson Enterprises, Inc. does not make any warranties expressed or implied including without limitation, warrant to fitness, or Merchantability of any of our products for particular use or purpose due to extreme stress applications to which this product is subjected. All products are for racetrack use only. Any other use may violate the law. Not all parts are certified for highway use. Check your local and state laws. Brock Davidson Enterprises disclaims any an all liability for consequential or incidental damages.
