All genuine Brock’s Performance StreetSmart FULL exhaust system owners are eligible to participate in our Brock’s

Performance DIRECT Support Package which consists of:  aftermarket fuel injection map support program (most models)

for as long as you own your FULL system (Note: Fuel Injection adjustment unit--Power Commander/Bazzaz Z-FI/etc… sold

separately), technical support via our StreetSmart Owner's Section (Private) in our Information Forum, and money saving

discounts on nearly all additional products that we sell which you may need to allow your bike to perform at its best. These

invaluable perks are supplied at NO EXTRA CHARGE with your FULL system purchase; they are not offered by any other means

and are not sold separately.

Slip-On systems:  Brock’s Performance Slip-on systems are NOT covered under the Brock’s Performance DIRECT Support

Package and do not require additional mapping in most cases.

The ONLY way to obtain our Brock’s Performance DIRECT Support Package for your FULL system is to purchase directly

from Brock’s Performance or one of our authorized dealers: http://www.BrocksPerformance.com/dealers.asp  if your dealer’s

name appears on this list then support/discount requests will be honored. (Note: If you do not see your dealer’s name listed,

and they claim to be an authorized Brock’s Performance dealer please inquire about their current status by calling the number

below or sending a dealer verification request e-mail to DealerSupport@BrocksPerformance.com ).

Please note the following changes for 2008:

1.      Beginning in June of 2008, Brock’s Performance StreetSmart Series competition exhaust systems (FULL systems ONLY)

 offered through Tucker-Rocky, Schnitz Racing and Street & Competition WILL BE covered.

 

2.      The HINDLE product line (standard or race) is NOT COVERED by Brock’s support Program.

We, at Brock’s Performance, are known for going the extra distance to provide the highest level of customer support in our

industry. We are able to justify this considerable time and manpower expense as a result of profits generated by the sale

of our products directly to the consumer and through our authorized dealer network.

Certain Brock’s Performance exhaust systems are a joint effort between and Brock’s Performance Products and Hindle

Manufacturing of Canada. The exhaust systems are CLEARLY marked Brock’s Performance (not just Hindle) on the megaphone

or muffler of every system we sell. In the past we have witnessed dishonest dealers attempting to sell the Hindle product line in

place of ours claiming that they are “the same as a Brock.” This could lead the consumer to not only believe that this could be

true, but to also believe that Brock’s support might be included. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! We sincerely hope that you do not

fall prey to any of these scam artists.
