We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payment for online orders. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the products that you ordered.

When using your credit card, please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the "bill to" information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "bill to" information or the information does not match the address information on file.

The shipping and handling charge is based on a percentage of the dollar amount of your order. United States residents pay a 15% shipping and handling charge. Canadian residents pay a 20% shipping and handling charge, while residents in all other countries pay a 25% charge.

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us immediately. All returns should be shipped to the address listed above. No COD returns will be accepted.
