Our on-line shopping cart provides a convenient online purchasing system for credit card orders. If you prefer off-line purchase, you can place an order through mail or over the phone with our sale representative. If you prefer Paypal, our Paypal ID is sales@emdomusa.com.

Do you accept international order?

Yes, we do. However we do have internal policy govern those sales. Orders will be reviewed individually. Please contact us directly if you want to place an international order.

Can the on-line shopping cart handle international order?

Sorry, it can’t.  Our on-line shopping cart will not process international orders. The shopping cart is unable to calculate shipping and handling charges for foregin countries. Please contact us directly if you want to place an international order. Besides,  international orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all the applicable duties, taxes and other fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

Emdom USA accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, personal check, cashiers check, money order and direct bank deposit. Personal check has to be cleared before shipment, usually take 10 to 14 days. Our on-line shopping cart provides a convenient online purchasing system for credit card orders. If you prefer off-line purchase, you can place an order through mail or over the phone with our sale representative. If you use Paypal, our Paypal ID is sales@emdomusa.com. For direct bank deposit, customer are responsible for all Bank charges (both your bank and our bank), we will need to collect the exact amount of fund before shipment.

Can I order OFFLINE?

Of course. Please note that we are a web based company and our system is designed for web placed credit card or PayPAL orders. If customers prefer not to purchase online, they can call us at (646) 294 0084 or e-mail us at sales@emdomusa.com. We will reply to your email to confirm the availability of stock as well as the total shipment cost. If you choose to pay by money order or Checks, please list alternate items as stock changes daily. Is my personal & credit card information safe?

Yes! Our store's checkout and payment pages are routed through a secure server (skipjack payment gateway). Plus, we don't store your information online. After your order is processed, the information is no longer stored on our server, but encrypted in confidential merchant files which cannot be accessed by anyone other than ourselves and our processing bank.

How do you handle my information?

How do I know when new items are added to the store?

We'll feature the latest and greatest items on the storefront page. You can also register to be notified of new items and additions to our web site!

How long before my order is shipped?

Almost all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). For APO address and international shipping, USPS will be used.

How much is shipping  domestically? 

For domestic orders, we ship our products by UPS or U.S. Postal Service. See below for our shipping rates.

Order Amount $25.01 - $50 = $8.95

Order Amount $50.01 - $100 = $11.95

Order Amount $100.01 - $250 = $15.95

Order Amount $250 and up = Free shipping

For international orders, we ship via U.S. Postal Service only. Insurance can be purchased as per request. Besides, the recipient is also responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact us and we will quote you accordingly.

Can I reserve OUT OF STOCK items?

Yes, we can. Just contact us.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can call our sales staff, or you can perform the status check by logging in our website, enter the SERVICE page, key in the order tracking number and click GO !

 

What is your RETURN POLICY?

At Emdom USA, our 100% guarantee policy ensures that every item you purchase meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund.
Emdom USA offers a 5 days order review period from time of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with a product or believe your order is damaged, defective or short any item(s), please notify us within 5 days from time of delivery for return authorization or correction. All returns must be authorized by Emdom USA, and a return authorization number will be provided in each case.
Once authorized, customer must return the items to us within 10 days from the date delivered. Include a copy of the original invoice with the returned item. Original packaging must be included and the item must not show any wear, usage or intentional damage. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If the return is because of a material defect in a product, the item will be replaced or refunded with no re-stocking charge. Original packaging must be included and the item must not show any wear, usage or intentional damage. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If an item is returned without defect, we will charge up to a 20% re-stocking fee when refunding the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

What is your warranty policy?

All Emodm USA products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

Do I need to pay SALE Tax?

As a New York State Company, we are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to NY State. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to states where we do not have physical presence.

Do you offer discount?

We offer discount to group orders.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we may. It will be largely depend on the nature of the work.
