Payment methods
Emdom USA accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, personal check, cashiers check, money order and direct bank deposit. Personal check has to be cleared before shipment, usually take 10 to 14 days. Our on-line shopping cart provides a convenient online purchasing system for credit card orders. If you prefer off-line purchase, you can place an order through mail or over the phone with our sale representative. If you prefer Paypal, our Paypal ID is Sales@emdomusa.com.
Delivery methods
We ship our products by the U.S. Postal Service domestically. See below for our regular domestic shipping rates. Domestic express mail rates are also available upon request. In special cases, we can arrange Fedex and UPS shipping. Call for details.

Order Amount $25.01 - $50 = $8.95
Order Amount $50.01 - $100 = $11.95
Order Amount $100.01 - $250 = $15.95
Order Amount $250.01- $300.00 = $21.95
Order Amount $300.01 and up = Free Shipping
For international orders, we ship via U.S. Postal Service only. There are many different options, such as regular Airmail, Global Priority Mail, and International Express Mail. Insurance can be purchased as per request. Please call us for details.
International Order
International orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or at our on-line shopping cart. Our on-line shopping cart will process international orders. However, it will not charge S/H fee. We will further contact the client with regard to the shipping method he likes. US Postal Service offers many different types of services, such as Airmail, Global Priority Mail, International Express Mail, surface mail, and etc. International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all the applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Emdom USA, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any international orders with regard to the nature in which the order is placed.
Lifetime Warranty
All Emdom USA products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

Product specifications, designs, components, manufacturing methods, and pricing are subjected to changes without notice.
Sales Tax
As a New York State Company, we are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to NY State. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to states where we do not have physical presence.
Return Policy / Authorization
At Emdom USA, our 100% guarantee policy ensures that every item you purchase meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund.
Emdom USA offers a 5 days order review period from time of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with a product or believe your order is damaged, defective or short any item(s), please notify us within 5 days from time of delivery for return authorization or correction. All returns must be authorized by Emdom USA, and a return authorization number will be provided in each case.
Once authorized, customer must return the items to us within 10 days from the date delivered. Include a copy of the original invoice with the returned item. Original packaging must be included and the item must not show any wear, usage or intentional damage. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If the return is because of a material defect in a product, the item will be replaced or refunded with no re-stocking charge. Original packaging must be included and the item must not show any wear, usage or intentional damage. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If an item is returned without defect, we will charge up to a 20% re-stocking fee when refunding the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
In either case, a return authorization number must be obtained before returning any items to us. The return authorization number must be clearly printed immediately beneath the “ship to” address. See below:
