Floor Covering Soft Online Store offers the following Returns Policy:

1. The company stands behind its products. If you are not satisfied for some reason, you may return the products within 30 days (from the day software is shipped).

2. Before you ship back the product, you need to call our customer service or your sales rep to obtain a RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) and ship your product with it for faster refund processing.

3. If your purchase involves hardware (like Pocket PC, Disto, ScaleMaster Pen), it must include all the accessories in the original package.

4. For software purchases, once a permanent key is requested and activated online on your PC, the software will not be eligible for return. You have the option to evaluate the fully functional software for 30 days.

5. Costs incurred by InfoAppliance Inc for any services rendered or products/incentives given will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes S&H cost and 15% restocking charge on hardware returned as the suppliers charge such a fee.
