Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Your order will arrive in 7 to 10 business days from the day you placed your order. Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Overnight and two day shipping are not available at this time.

Q: Can I return an item if I am unsatisfied with it?
A:
Items may be returned up to 30 days in their original, unused condition. The receipt must be included. Your original method of payment will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Q: Can I purchase a Metro Pass online?
A. Metro Passes are available for purchase online, click on "Riding Metro" at the top and then on "Passes Online." Metro passes and Metro gifts must be made as separate purchases.
