Processing an Order Orders are ussually shipped within one (1) buisness day How to Change Your Order Lowry Park Zoological Garden processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to cheryl.larsen@lowryparkzoo.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order. Promotional Mailings Lowry Park Zoological Garden will notify you of any upcoming promotional opportunities and new products that may interest you. Returns and Exchanges If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, Defective merchandise can be shipped back or brought directly to Lowry Park Zoo for an equvilant exchange. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened, Products may be returned if they are still in original packaging. If your order is a gift order and the gift recipient wishes to return or exchange it, Gift purchase are refundable for exchange only.
