Paying with Credit Card

We accept credit card payment for online orders. Please provide the bill-to address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the Bill to information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the Bill to information or the information does not match the address information on file. Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you ordered.

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

How to Change Your Order

We process your orders very quickly. If you wish to cancel a pending order, or you find that you have made an error in your order, or if any of the information is incorrect, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

Warranty Information

Nature Bright Company ("NBC") warrants for a period of ONE Full Year from the date of purchase. NBC, at its option, will repair or replace the product(s) or any component(s) of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or compnent. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. Repair or Replacement of product(s) and component(s) after the warranty period may be charged for their market value, in addition to a flat service fee of $29.95.

NBC Customer Support Department is the authorized service center for your product. Should your product develop any defect within the warranty period, call the NBC Customer Support Department listed above.

The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than NBC or an authorized service center.

Returns and Exchanges

Unconditional Risk-free guarantee: Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If there is ever anything we can do to serve you better, please let us know. We are not satisfied until you are. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within the trial period of 90 days. We will gladly offer an exchange, merchandise credit or refund for the purchase price of your product (excluding shipping and handling). Should you need to return your purchase, here's how...                          

To prepare your return:

1. Submit your "Return Request" Form located at the Shipping & Returns page from Shop page on www.naturebright.com. You will be given a "Return Authorization" (RA#) number by email within 24 hours.  

2. Save your packaging materials for return shipping. 

3. Include the Packing Slip or Purchase Receipt in the package to speed the processing of your transaction.

4. Write the "Return Authorization" (RA#) number provided on the outside of your return package to ensure proper tracking of your return.

5. Please return via a trackable shipment method (UPS, FedEx, or Registered Mail). Keep all tracking numbers and retain information for your records. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
