Aqua Mix Clean 'N Seal Kit is an easy-to-use all-in-one kit designed to clean and protect dirty and neglected grout. Kit contains 8-oz. spray Grout Deep Clean and 8-oz. spray Grout Sealer. Ideal for tiled countertops and showers.

Grout Deep Clean

• Aqua Mix Grout Deep Clean is a powerful cleaner designed to remove grease, food stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, dirt and soil from grout joints. Restores color and appearance of dirty and stained grout.
• Prepares grout joints for sealing with Aqua Mix Grout Sealer.
• Recommended for use on cementitious sanded or unsanded grout joints, surrounding tile and stone.
• Coverage: One 8-oz bottle will clean approximately 25 to 75 sq. ft. of tiles area.
• Spray onto grout joint and allow to dwell for 5 to 10 minutes. Agitate with scrub brush or white scrub pad. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if necessary. Allow 2 hours drying time before sealing.

Grout Sealer

• Aqua Mix Grout Sealer is a water-based sealer that resists water, oil and acid-based contaminants. It simplifies maintenance and does not change the appearance of the grout. Allows moisture vapor transmission. The expected wear is up to 5 years.
• Use on cementitious sanded and unsanded grout joints for ceramic tile installations. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications.
• Coverage: One 8-oz bottle will clean approximately 25 to 75 sq. ft. of tiles area.
• Grout joints must be clean and free of existing sealers and coatings. Spray 1 to 2 coat directly onto grout joints. Using cotton paper towels, polish dry any sealer remaining on tile and grout within 3 to 5 minutes after each application of each coat.
• If 2 coats are applied, allow a minimum 30 minutes drying time between coats. After 2 hours, conduct a test to determine if surface is completely sealed by applying water droplets to the surface. If water is absorbed, apply an additional coat. Wait 2 hours and repeat the test.
• Ready for surface traffic 2 hours after final coat. Sealed area should be kept dry for 12 hours. Achieves a full cure after 24 hours.
