Aqua Mix Seal & Finish Low Sheen is a specially formulated water-based blend of acrylic polymers that provides both stain resistant seal and a durable low-sheen finish eliminating conventional two-step methods. May also be used as a pregrouting sealer over clean tile surfaces within a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting. This product allows moisture vapor transmission and is not affected by ultra-violet light. Recommended for use on porous surfaces such as saltillo, terra cotta, adobe, slate, flagstone, sandstone and quarry tile. Can be used for interior and exterior applications. Covers approximately 75 to 250 sq. ft. per coat per quart, depending on type of tile, porosity and texture of surface, temperature, humidity and method of application. Available in quarts and gallons.
