Return Policies

Seasons On The Web.com guarantees complete customer satisfaction. Merchandise can be returned for a full refund, less any shipping charges, provided items are returned within 15 days of your receiving the order. Merchandise returned must be in original condition and packaging, and received to us in sellable condition. Please pack your returns with care. A check for the full amount, less any shipping charges, will be issued within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.

In the event you receive damaged merchandise, do not ship merchandise back to us. Please keep original package with all packing materials and email us at seasons@sprynet.com or phone us at 913-599-0550 so that we may initiate the claims process with the shipper.
