Paying by Credit Card |

Please provide the “Bill To” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During the on-line real time authorization process, the “Bill To” information that you provide will be validated against the information on file with your credit card issuing company.
The processing of your order may be delayed or refused if the “Bill To” information cannot be verified. Your credit card will be not charged until we provide confirmation of your ticket order.

Processing an Order |
|
Your order is processed when the credit card information you provided is verified. An email notification will be sent to the email address you provided to confirm your order.
An additional confirmation letter will be sent by mail within three weeks of the date of your order if your order is placed before September 18, 2009. After that date, please use a copy of your email confirmation as your confirmation letter. Bring the letter or email with you to the Festival Registration area as proof of purchase when you come to pick up your tickets.

How to Change Your Order |
Your order is processed very quickly. If you find an error in your order, please notify us immediately by sending an email to customerservice@storytellingcenter.net or by phone at (800)952-8392 ext 221. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it without additional charges. Corrections that do not result in a refund will be processed without additional charges. Otherwise, a $40 refund fee will apply.

Where Are My Tickets? |
|
All tickets must be picked up in person at Festival Registration located in the Jonesborough Visitors Center, 117 Boone Street, Jonesborough. Please assist us by bringing your confirmation letter to Festival Registration for identification when you arrive to pick up your tickets.

Refunds and Exchanges |
Requests for cancellations of National Storytelling Festival tickets must be made in writing by September 25, 2009. There will be a $40 fee per order for all cancellations that result in a refund. You may request that your tickets be exchanged for tickets to the following year's festival without incurring a cancellation fee. Please include a copy of your confirmation letter or your order number.
Requests to exchange tickets must be made in writing by September 18, 2009 by mail to International Storytelling Center, 116 W Main ST, Jonesborough TN 37659, by email to customerservice@storytellingcenter.net or by fax to (423)913-1320. Exchanges which result in a refund will be charged a $40 processing fee. Please include a copy of your confirmation letter or your order number.

Sales Tax |
| Sales tax is included in the ticket price for National Storytelling Festival ticket orders. |
Shipping and Handling Fees |
|
Festival Ticket orders are not charged any shipping and handling fees since the tickets are held at Festival Registration for pickup.

We will notify you by mail or email of any upcoming events, workshops, or exhibits that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you can remove your address from our mailing and or email list by sending an email to customerservice@storytellingcenter.net.
