I bought a tube last year and have carried it in my hunting vest, unneeded until this year when my hunting dog piled through briars and multiflora rose in my favorite bird cover. My Brit hit thorns that punctured each ear flap in two places, including some veins, and she was bleeding profusely.
I applied the EMT Gel and it stopped the bleeding, sealed the wounds, and we were able to hunt the rest of the day without incident. I used a dressing and a band aid on the ears for further protection. The gelatinous coating even held up when she shook her head!
While I coughed at the initial price, let me tell you -- it is worth it. It really does work as advertised, and I am one super satisfied customer.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
